Well, that depends how tall you are. Pop Up Tents in general aren’t necessarily designed for campers to stand up in, however our tents are very spacious and have plenty of head room. Below are the height sizes for each of the tents. Depending on your height, you may be able to stand in the four man.

3 Man – 1.2m
4 Man – 1.6m
2 Man – 5kg
3 Man – 7kg

Yes, we ship all the tents with a 12 month warranty as standard from the date of purchase. Included with your tent is a warranty registration card. To register, complete the registration card and return it to us at the provided address within 14 days of purchase. This manufacturer’s warranty will only be valid if your Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY product is registered with Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY.
Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY will repair or replace any registered Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY product only if it requires repair due to a manufacturing or materials defect. E.g. water leaks, faulty stitching, delimitation, faulty zips, faulty fittings, or faulty material. We must be notified within the 12 month warranty period.
This manufacturer’s warranty is limited to the manufacturing or materials defects. This does not include damage caused by wear and tear, condensation, dragging, abuse or misuse, accidents, falling objects, improper set up, burn holes, extreme weather or damage caused by insects, animals, or children.
To Make a claim on this manufacturer’s warranty, please return your tent using the returns details within your delivery slip. You must provide your customer registration number with the product. If you purchased the product less than 14 days ago or you have lost your registration number please e mail us on email@example.com.
All transport costs related to returning the product for assessment or repair under this manufacturer’s warranty is payable by the customer.
Refund & Return Policy
Here at Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY, we stand by the quality of our products. Any goods provided which do not match the description and specification on our web site may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange for the specified item. Any goods which fail during the manufacturer’s warranty period may be returned for replacement or repair according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Where goods supplied are in no way defective but the purchaser decides that they no longer want the item, nor any substitute, consideration will be given on a case by case basis of an appropriate refund. Returned items must be unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt, and must be returned in original packaging.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We may sort the postage out for you but will evaluate each return individually so please contact us first.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order on the date requested by our nominated courier or fulfilment provider. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY to be authorised to receive the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY may charge you additional delivery fees unless we were provided instructions to leave the equipment at a specific location. Once the goods are delivered to you, or an authorised representative, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they become lost or damaged. If the goods were not paid for through the web site and no-one is at home to pay for the shipment, under no circumstances will the goods be left. Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY may charge you additional delivery fees for subsequent delivery. Complaints must be made, within 4 business days of delivery, to the Cinch Pop Up Tents PTY head office, either by telephone or email.
